What is the minimum order that we can place
?
A. We expect your minimun
orders to be of atleast US$ 500. However, we
understand that customers need to place smaller
Sample orders in the beginning in order to test
market our products. Samples against cost are
available on request.

your payment terms ?
A. All payment should be made in US
dollars, unless otherwise specified in the quotation
sent to you. We give the following options for

?
A. Normal mode of shipment are - "Sea
Freight" and "Air Freight". However
we also use Air Post Parcel, Sea Post Parcel,
Courier, etc. upon special requests from customers.
It is your option to ask for prices inclusive
of shipping costs or we can send the goods on
"Freight To Pay basis".
The shipping charges vary according to the size
of shipment, destination and Mode of dispatch.
C.I.F. rates are quoted if you inform us the
exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch
preferred by you.

PRICES : The export prices,
both FOB Delhi / CIF destination, with detailed
terms will be quoted on request. Special prices
can be considered for large volumes
PACKING : The units will be individually packed
in 7 ply thick corrugated boxes with jute lamination
and maybe palatised (if need arises) for easy
shipping and transit.
DELIVERY TERMS : Strictly on the basis of either
1. Letter of Credit
2. 100% advance OR
3. 50% advance and documents through
your bankers.
WARRANTY
All products carry a warranty of one year from
the date of purchase subject, however, to terms
